New Zealand orders are shipped by Courier Post, a safe, tracked and reliable service. This service is 1-2 working days (add +1 day for Rural Delivery).  

International orders you have two options:

1. Air Economy via NZ POST

Timeframes: takes between 7-14 working days. But is heavily affected by delayed flight schedules and can take up to 28 days in the current climate. This is a semi-tracked service.

2. Express Courier via DHL.

Timeframes: express service, very reliable and takes 2-5 working days. Fully tracked service.

Orders placed before 11am, Monday - Friday (except public holidays) ensure same day pack and dispatch. Orders are shipped from our Queenstown workroom.

We aim to get orders to you within the timeframes stated below, however there may be circumstances in which this is not achievable. In which case we will notify you of any delays. Once your order is fulfilled you will be sent tracking details.

You must supply a physical address, not a PO BOX number. Please give additional information at check out about where you would like the package to be delivered, to ensure the package is left in a secure place. For instance - if your letterbox is not secure, please suggest a drop off location that is more secure.
