Returns Policy 

Faults

If you have a fault with you item, please contact us as soon as possible. We pride ourselves on quality (defined as the item being fit for the purpose intended) and will endeavour to repair or replace your item where needed. If you purchased your Wilderling product through a retailer - please go directly through them. 

Your return possibilities are: Repair, Replacement, Store Credit or Refund.

To return an item you must:

  1. Firstly make contact with us within 24 hours of receiving the item you are unhappy with. If your fault occurs after being worn, please get in touch as soon as a fault is noticed. 
  2. Kindly tell us the situation, including images. 

Important Information Regarding Our Fabrics:

All the fabrics we use are natural fabrics and minor character flaws are to be expected. In terms of our merino wool collection - pilling on the surface of the fabric is expected and part of the normal wear process of the fabric. Please read this blog post here to inform yourself about how to care for your merino clothing. 

Change of Mind

We do not offer a refund for change of mind purposes, in this instance we can offer a store credit. 

To return an item you must:

  1. Please get in touch within 24 hours of receiving your order and supply your invoice number as proof of purchase. 
  2. Returns are to be shipped back to Wilderling HQ (in Queenstown) at the purchasers expense and in original packaging, within 7 days of the date you received it. 
  3. All returns must be in the same condition as it arrived i.e. unworn, and with the original tags and packaging.

Sale Products

We will not accept returns on sale items.

All sample clothing and accessories will be clearly identifiable in the product description section of each item. It will be made explicitly clear that the item is a sample and what condition it is in will be explained. There are no returns on sample clothing and the retail price will reflect this.
